A preorder means you’re purchasing an item before it arrives in stock. Preordering helps us order the right amount of stock and secure your chosen design and size. If your order includes both available and preorder items, your entire order will be shipped together once your preorder item is ready.

Orders placed between 4–9 September 2026

Orders from Preorder Round #1 will be dispatched once stock arrives in early November 2026.

Preorder Round #2

Orders placed between 7 October–25 November 2026

Orders from Preorder Round #2 will be dispatched once stock arrives in mid-January 2027.

We completely understand how important it is to see, touch and feel a product in person before making a purchase. However, if you have your heart set on a particular design or size, we strongly recommend placing a preorder in our final round before they close on 25 November 2026.

Our event stock will be very limited, so unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that your preferred design or size will be available on the day.

Yes, the Dream Big collection is 100% cotton.

The Dream Big collection is designed with a relaxed and oversized fit.

For the intended oversized look, choose your usual size. If you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down. We recommend comparing the measurements below with a similar garment you already own.

MEASUREMENT GUIDE
Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and un-stretched. Chest width is measured straight across the garment from underarm to underarm.

For 100% cotton jumpers with puff-printed designs:

✿ Turn garment inside out before washing
✿ Cold machine wash below 30°C on a gentle cycle
✿ Wash with similar colours
✿ Use a mild detergent
✿ Do not bleach or soak
✿ Do not use fabric softener
✿ Do not tumble dry
✿ Gently reshape while damp
✿ Line dry in the shade
✿ Do not wring or twist
✿ Do not iron or steam directly over the puff print
✿ If required, cool iron inside out, avoiding the printed areas
✿ Do not dry clean

Puff print has a raised finish and should be handled gently to help maintain its texture. As this garment is made from 100% cotton, slight shrinkage may naturally occur. Always follow the instructions on the garment care label.

For 100% cotton T-shirts with screen-printed designs:

✿ Turn garment inside out before washing
✿ Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with similar colours
✿ Use a mild detergent
✿ Do not bleach or soak
✿ Do not use fabric softener
✿ Do not tumble dry
✿ Gently reshape while damp
✿ Line dry in the shade
✿ Do not iron directly over the printed design
✿ If required, cool iron inside out
✿ Do not dry clean
