Shipping & Returns

As we are still a very small (tiny) business, we usually process orders once a week. Please allow 5 business days for us to pack and post your order.

Please let us know at checkout if you have any special requirements, or send us a message (quoting your order number) at misu.juju@gmail.com or through the contact page.

Domestic (Australian) orders

For orders over $150: use code FREESHIP150 to receive free standard shipping within Australia.

International orders

We ship to most countries via Australia Post, but will contact you to arrange a full refund if we cannot ship to your country.

Please be aware of any additional duties, taxes and/or charges which you may be required to pay for international orders.

For delivery by Christmas 2025:

For Domestic (Australian) orders, please place orders by the following dates to help meet delivery by Christmas:

  • Standard Parcel Post: Monday 22 December for same state deliveries and Friday 19 December for interstate deliveries

  • Express Parcel Post: Tuesday 23 December

* Excludes items sent to Perth, Darwin and Hobart. To be delivered by Christmas, items sent to or from these locations with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 12 December and 22 December, respectively.

Click & collect

We do not offer click and collect for online orders at this time.

Returns & exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for used or damaged products.

Refunds for orders paid with your bank account or debit card may take up to 5 business days to process. If you paid with your credit card, refunds may take up to 3 months to process, depending on your card issuer.

You will be responsible for costs (including additional shipping costs) associated with any returns and exchanges.
