Blowing bubbles was one of my favourite childhood joys, and with this risograph illustration, I wanted to bottle up that feeling - the soft, sparkling kind of magic that never really fades. There’s something so enchanting about bubbles floating into the sky… like tiny, shimmering daydreams following the breeze. 

No matter how old you are, you can’t help but stop and watch, lost in the wonder of it all.

What is risograph printing?

Risograph printing is a technique best described as ‘digital screen printing’ – because the process is like traditional screen printing, but with the convenience of an office copier. Risograph printing is special because of the imperfections caused by unprocessed inks and the layering of images, known as registration and overprinting.
